Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SharePay. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SharePay website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using SharePay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service immediately. SharePay provides a digital platform designed to help individuals and groups manage shared expenses and keep track of financial balances between participants. The Service includes the following core features:
- Expense Tracking – Users can record shared expenses and track who paid for what within a group or between individuals.
- Bill Splitting – SharePay allows users to divide expenses among multiple participants and calculate individual balances automatically.
- Payment Recording – Users can log payments and settlements made between members to keep expense records accurate and updated.
- Group Expense Management – The platform enables users to create groups for trips, households, events, or projects to manage shared spending in one place.
- Expense History and Records – SharePay maintains a record of transactions and balances to help users review past expenses and settlements.
SharePay provides tools for organizing and tracking financial information but does not act as a bank, financial institution, or payment processor unless explicitly stated.
Eligibility
To use SharePay, users must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Age Requirement – You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age required to use online services in your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity – You must have the legal ability to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws.

However, by submitting content to SharePay, you grant the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display the content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. SharePay reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
SharePay may integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, digital wallets, or financial platforms, to enable additional functionality within the Service. Any transactions processed through third-party providers are subject to the terms and policies of those providers. SharePay does not control and is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or performance of third-party services. Users acknowledge that the use of such integrations is at their own risk.
Premium Features and Payments

By purchasing a subscription or premium feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the service. Severability
